Here are 2 things you shouldn’t do:

  1. If you don’t like someone, you will stop seeing them. No matter how much you “should”.
  2. Sleep and relax instead of cleaning.

Here are seven DO’s:

    1. Spend a couple of hours reading a book.
    2. Healthy cooking will be enjoyable for you.
    3. It may be nice for you to stay in a bath or do yoga.
    4. Hairdresser, pedicure, or manicure are on the agenda.
    5. You will go to the cinema to see a movie.
    6. You will go shopping and buy some nice clothes.
    7. You will follow your HEART for the ultimate relaxation and regeneration!
